Inquiries and event details

When you inquire, we collect your name, email, phone number, event type and city, plus the date, venue and design details you choose to share. We use this information to respond, review availability and plan your celebration. The event intake form collects the location and schedule needed to coordinate setup and removal.

Inquiry details are stored in our Google Workspace records and managed through our AppSheet business dashboard. We send acknowledgment emails and use Google Calendar for consultation bookings and reminders. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Optional greetings and offers

The Stay Connected form has a separate, optional marketing choice. Email preferences remain pending until you confirm using the emailed link. Birthday and mailing-address fields are optional and support the greetings or physical cards described on that form.

To unsubscribe or update your preferences, email sunitha@shubhameventdecors.com. Service messages about an inquiry, event or scheduled consultation are separate from marketing.

Website and advertising measurement

We use Vercel to host the site and measure public-page visits and performance, and Google Ads to measure advertising and accepted inquiries. These services can process technical information about a visit; Google may use advertising cookies. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers or freeform event descriptions as analytics event properties.

For inquiries, we retain available campaign parameters, the landing-page path, referring domain and advertising click identifiers to understand which advertising led to an inquiry. Browser attribution is kept for up to 30 days. Public analytics URLs omit query strings and fragments. Client collections, Studio, Stay Connected and event intake pages are excluded from our page-tracking integration.

Your browser can block cookies or tracking scripts. Third-party services have their own privacy practices: Google and Vercel.

Share links and site protection

Client share links act as access credentials: anyone you forward a link to can use it while it is valid. The website exchanges the link token for an HttpOnly access cookie, valid for up to 30 days or the link’s earlier expiration. Website imagery and content use Sanity and Cloudinary.

To protect forms from repeated submissions, we keep short-lived submission receipts and hashed request-source and recipient counters. Hosting providers may also retain technical request logs.
